Step 2 - Evaluation: Two Consultations

Phone consultations to systematically identify the gaps and low hanging fruit. Each consultation is typically 45-60 minutes and is very revealing.

Step 3 - Critical Path: One Consultation

After stepping back to absorb the findings of the first consultation, you will reconnect to discuss a specific action plan going forward. This consultation is typically 45 - 60 minutes and provides exceptional clarity.
