How long does it take to complete the ZERO-Cost Coaching program?

The ZERO-Cost Coaching is designed to take 12 months and the ZERO-Cost Coaching PLUS is designed to take 18 months. For both programs, allowances will be made for extended holidays or major holidays such as Christmas etc.

Why do you call it ZERO-Cost Coaching?

We are so confident in the results you will achieve that we want to take the financial risk out of your decision-making process. In plain language, Pareto Systems guarantees that the client will recoup the money spent on the program within six (6) months for Zero-Cost Coaching and within nine (9) months for Zero-Cost Coaching PLUS, or we will issue a full refund.

How often do I talk to my coach?

Your Pareto Systems Coach calls you once every two weeks for up to an hour. It is best if the entire team can participate on the calls.

Is there a CRM solution that comes with this program?

Yes, the Pareto Platform is included at no cost for the entire time you are in either of the two programs.

Do I have to use the Pareto Platform CRM to participate in this program?

You do not have to use the Pareto Platform CRM to participate in either program. You will automatically be given a subscription to access the content for the program. The CRM portion will be available to you but it will not be necessary for you to use it unless you wish to. It is important to use a CRM that you are comfortable with and provides you with the functionality you require to implement the program as easily as possible. Advisors have been successful with implementation using a variety of CRMs.

What kind of results can I expect?

All results are tied to implementation. The regular sessions with your personal Pareto Systems coach help greatly to ensure that implementation, and as a result, it is not unusual for an advisor to dramatically increase their income within 12-18 months of commencing the program.

How much time is required on a weekly basis?

Typically it will be between 1 to 2 hours weekly to complete the implementation. There are weeks where you may be required to invest as much as 5 hours and some of this time will be meeting with clients.

Can my assistant(s) be involved in this call?

Absolutely. We recommend that all team members participate in the sessions. Group participation will ensure the best possibility of implementation. Your assistant will be one of your strongest assets in completing the program successfully.
