Pareto Systems FAQs
How long is the The Pareto System Consulting Program?
The Pareto System Consulting Program lasts between 5 to 7 months. The time period is dependent on a number of issues not of which the least is the advisor’s determination to make the customizations and implement the strategies. As well, each individual is at a different career stage which partly determines the time required to adjust their practice and make the necessary customizations.
How often do I talk to a Pareto Systems consultant?
Your Pareto Systems Consultant calls you once a week for approximately 45 minutes.
Is there a CRM solution that comes with this program?
Yes, the Pareto Platform powered by Microsoft Dynamics CRM is included at no cost for the first year you are in the program.
Do I have to use the Pareto Platform CRM to participate in this program?
You do not have to use the Pareto Platform's CRM. You will automatically be given a subscription to access the content for the program. The CRM portion will be available to you but it will not be necessary for you to use it. It is important to use a CRM that you are comfortable with and provides you with the functionality you require to implement the program as easily as possible. Advisors have been successful in implementation with a wide variety of CRMs.
What kind of results can I expect?
All results are tied to implementation. The regular calls with your personal Pareto Systems consultant ensures implementation. Therefore the results have been statistically significant. It is not unusual for an advisor to increase his revenue by more than 50% within 12 months of commencing the program.
How much time is required on a weekly basis?
Typically it will be between 1 to 2 hours weekly to complete the implementation. There are weeks where you may be required to invest as much as 5 hours and some of this time will be meeting with clients.
Can my assistant(s) be involved in this call?
We recommend that all team members participate in the calls with the Pareto Systems consultant. It is far better if they hear it first hand and become self motivated to assist you with your implementation process than you trying to motivate them and having to repeat what you heard on the call. Your assistant should be your strongest asset in completing the program successfully.
If I choose to not proceed at this time can I revisit the program at a later date?
Absolutely — the program is an investment in time and energy. You must be certain that you are going to maximize your return by implementing the strategies that will be provided to you. If the timing isn’t right now, visit this site in the future and re–explore it at that time.
