Program Overview

Ideal Client: The Pareto System Consulting Program is designed for one or more advisors with a blended book of business who agree with the philosophy of Pareto Systems and are motivated to implement the strategies presented.

1. The Pareto System Consulting Program is delivered via the online Pareto Platform. Each module contains written material, recorded audio files and data files.
2. This Program is delivered and supported by one-on-one consultation between the Client and a designated Implementation Consultant from Pareto Systems
3. The intent is to complete the Program in five (5) to seven (7) months from the Agreement Effective Date. Exception will be made in the events of illness, extended holiday/vacation and/or family emergency.
4. Pareto Systems includes a fully-paid 12-month subscription to the Pareto Platform powered by Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
5. Pareto Systems will assist the Client in customizing the Program; taking into consideration the Client’s unique needs, current corporate culture, and corporate branding as follows:

• Weekly 45-minute personal consultation telephone sessions with the Pareto Systems Implementation Consultant, or a designated representative, for the duration of the Program.
• Telephone Support - 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, with the exception of recognized holidays. The most direct line to your Pareto Systems Implementation Consultant will be provided to you.
• Email - the Client may forward inquiries to implementation@paretosystems.com and such inquiries will be responded to by the next business day.
• Fax - the Client may send inquiries by way of facsimile to 509.757.1895, and such inquiries will be responded to by the next business day.

6. Upon completion of The Pareto System Consulting Program, Client qualifies to apply for:

1. The Pareto System – Implementation Support Program.
   1. Completion of The Pareto System Consulting Program is a prerequisite for this program.
   2. The intent of this program is to take implemented concepts to a higher level by focusing on a customized program for advanced implementation.
2. Pareto Approved
   1. Completion of The Pareto System Consulting Program Program is the prerequisite to become Pareto Approved.
   2. The Pareto Approved designation is a benchmark of assessment that gives the advisor and their team the opportunity to demonstrate mastery of The Pareto System Consulting Program and its concepts.
