WHY WOULD AN ADVISOR CONSIDER JOINING YOUR TEAM? We have focused on creating a team culture that is collaborative and innovative. We constantly seek feedback from the team in terms of how we can do things better. That feedback allows us to continue to develop and define our playbook.
I know that many advisors reach a plateau and need a little bit of help elevating their own practice. Our playbook helps them do just that. Through our commitment to De-commoditizing, De-personalizing and De-mystifying, we have created a framework of well-built systems so that other advisors can seamlessly plug into our practice. Instead of getting caught up in the day-to-day minutia, they are liberated to focus on growing their business.
PAINT US A PICTURE OF THE NEXT FIVE YEARS. Over the next five years, we plan on continuing the momentum we've started by adding more like-minded advisors to the Azimont Group. We are constantly striving to break through the next ceiling of complexity, and we are excited to partner with other advisors who are striving to do the same. We also want to be the "go-to" practice for advisors who are looking to retire. When I look down the road at retirement, I want to make sure that I leave my clients in the best hands possible.
