How Reviews Create Momentum

How Reviews Create Momentum (Even from Reluctant Clients)
Not every client is ready to share a review the first time you ask. And that's okay. What matters is giving them the space, and the social proof, to come around on their own terms.
In this clip, I share an insight that genuinely surprised me. When a client sees dozens of thoughtful, positive reviews from others, it affirms their own experience. It builds confidence. And often, it nudges them to contribute their voice, not because they were pressured, but because they feel aligned with what others are saying.
Whit Lanier and I also talk about how to layer review requests naturally, without chasing or looking needy. From onboarding to newsletters to quarterly reviews, we explore how to embed the ask into your client experience with a respectful cadence that supports advocacy and avoids fatigue.
