
Tyson Lang has spent over 20 years in the financial services industry, working with advisors in roles spanning distribution, business development, and time spent running his own advisory practice. His experience gives him a practical understanding of the day-to-day realities of advisors face.
He was first introduced to the Pareto Process more than 15 years ago while working as a business development consultant to financial advisors. Since then, its core philosophy has remained a consistent influence on how he approaches growth, client relationships, and business structure.
Tyson tends to keep things simple, focusing on consistency, clear thinking, and doing the fundamentals well. Much of his work involves helping advisors talk through ideas, cut through noise, and bring more structure to how they operate day to day, leading to more consistent results over time.

Tyson lives in Overland Park, Kansas with his family. He enjoys spending as much time as possible with them and can often be found at the countless sporting events his son is involved in. He also has a passion for barbecue and has participated in a number of BBQ competitions throughout the Kansas City area.
