Amal Antony is a Product Manager at Toolkit CRM, a product by Pareto Systems. He first joined Pareto nearly five years ago, working with enterprises before naturally finding his way into an internal opportunity to build something new for financial advisors. That opportunity eventually became Toolkit.

In his role, Amal helps shape the product strategy, user experience, and long-term vision for Toolkit. His work is centered on building technology that helps advisors effortlessly build meaningful relationships, organize their business, and deliver a more intentional client experience. To him, Toolkit is not simply a better CRM. It is the beginning of a new operating system for advisors, one where relationships, intelligence, and client experience sit at the center.

Amal’s work philosophy is simple: care deeply about the smallest details and build something people genuinely love using. He is drawn to the intersection of product thinking, design, storytelling, and technology. The best products, in his view, are the ones that feel magical. They let people do what once seemed impossible.

Outside of work, Amal is usually finding new trails and hidden lakes to enjoy the sunset, often with his camera by his side. As the proud owner of a Sony FX3, he has a strong appreciation for cinematic storytelling.

These days, he finds himself speaking to Codex more than he does with his girlfriend. Whether he is working on Toolkit, filming outdoors, or experimenting with the newest technology, Amal is driven by the same underlying instinct: build with care, keep learning, and make things better than they were yesterday.
