Business Strategist & Consulting Executive

Grant Gamble brings more than 35 years of experience in client advisory, business development, leadership, and practice management. Since May 2024, he has served as a Business Strategist with Pareto Systems, where he works with financial advisors and advisory teams across North America to implement consulting and coaching programs that enhance client experience, improve operational efficiency, strengthen leadership, and support scalable growth.

Throughout his career, Grant has specialized in helping advisors and advisory firms build client-centric businesses focused on long-term stewardship, operational excellence, and enterprise value creation. His expertise includes practice management, strategic execution, advisor development, CRM optimization, leadership coaching, and helping advisory teams create scalable systems and consistent client experiences. Known for his collaborative and strategic approach, Grant works closely with advisors to align business growth with personal vision, team development, and long-term sustainability.

Prior to joining Pareto Systems, Grant served as Regional Director with Scotiabank / Scotia Global Wealth Management, where he helped develop a national independent advisory channel and integrated advanced practice management methodologies into advisor development programs. In this role, he supported advisors in strengthening business development initiatives, improving operational structure, and enhancing client engagement strategies.

Previously, as Vice President of Wealth Management at Qtrade Wealth Management / Prospera Credit Union, he oversaw approximately $800 million in wealth assets and led sustained double-digit annual growth over a decade. His leadership focused on advisor coaching, strategic planning, client relationship management, and implementing innovative wealth management initiatives that contributed to significant organizational growth and improved client outcomes.

Earlier in his career, Grant built and managed the largest client advisory portfolio at Coast Capital Investments as a Certified Financial Planner. Since 2002, he has incorporated Pareto System’s practice management principles into his own advisory and leadership approach, giving him firsthand experience implementing many of the same systems and strategies he now helps advisors execute today.

Outside of work, Grant is deeply family-oriented and enjoys spending time with his children, both of whom are pursuing successful professional paths. His son recently graduated with a degree in Computing Science, while his daughter is completing her Commerce degree with a strong interest in business and finance. Grant and his partner share a passion for the outdoors, particularly snowboarding, hiking, and traveling together whenever time allows.
