Terry Robison is a member of the Client Support Team at Pareto Systems, bringing over 21 years of combined experience in client-facing and technical support roles. At Pareto, Terry specializes in delivering responsive, solutions-focused support to clients first, as well as Staff and Coaching Bench, helping them navigate technical challenges with clarity and confidence.

Born in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia, Terry relocated to Kelowna, BC at the age of 14 and has proudly called it home for the past 44 years. He has spent the better part of his career at Pareto Systems, developing a deep understanding of the platform and the unique needs of the clients it serves. Before entering the technology sector, Terry built a strong foundation in the service industry; an experience that shaped a genuine commitment to people-first support and clear communication.

Terry believes that great support isn't just about solving problems; it's about building trust and making every interaction feel straightforward and productive.

Outside of work, Terry enjoys golf, building PCs, and PC gaming. He is married to Leah and together they enjoy life in Kelowna with their new Shih Tzu puppy, Kevin.
