Tyler Murray is the VP of Operations at Pareto Systems, focused on driving strategic growth, strengthening enterprise relationships, and advancing the firm’s position as a leader in Financial Advisor Coaching. He works closely with advisors, partners, and internal teams to identify opportunities, refine processes, and execute long-term strategies.

With a background in business development and operations, Tyler helps align coaching programs, marketing, and client experience to deliver measurable value. Working alongside Duncan MacPherson, he supports the evolution of Pareto’s methodologies, helping advisors build more structured, scalable businesses.

Outside of work, Tyler is grounded in family life with his wife and their two children, Gavin and Mahari. He is highly active and spends much of his time playing soccer, training for his next run, and staying engaged in a variety of outdoor activities including golf, hiking, and paddleboarding. He also enjoys traveling with his family and creating experiences that balance a busy professional life with meaningful personal time.
