Refund and Return Policy

1. Pareto Systems Consulting:
Pareto Systems consulting programs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a formal agreement. You may postponed, delay, or reschedule the consulting engagement without penalty and without time limit where reasonable.
2. Personal Financial Organizers (PFO Binders):
If you are unhappy with a product due to manufacturing defects, or other damages; you may return the product for a full refund, repair or replacement. The request, however, must come within 10 calendar days of receiving your order. Requests that come in after the 10 day period may not be granted.
